Project Scope
Monalifta is an elite coaching brand in Dubai founded by Mona Hula, a world level bodybuilding athlete.
During month one we embedded with Mona to map her lifestyle, routines, tastes, and values. Based in Downtown Dubai, we observed live training sessions and saw the level of discipline and focus each client receives in a single 1 hour block. The slogan wrote itself: “I coach the way I compete.”
Mona applies the same rigor to every profile. Her process uses future proof sports science and 3D scanning to assess, plan, and report progress. She refined this method during her tenure with a leading Dubai gym group. “We reject shaming before and after images. We show progress with objective 3D chromatic scans.” – Madani
The brand persona mirrors Mona. Sharp. Edgy. Strong. Feminine. Loyal. Disciplined. Respectful. The M monogram blends these traits in a modern, minimal mark.
For imagery we used advanced AI not yet available in the market. It’s an in house AI developed at Falta Studio called Mina AI Designer, to demonstrate how AI can empower brand visual language and art direction.
